If you look very closely, You can see it raining very slightly. Sadly, I don't think it shows up due to the way that Deviantart compresses the Flash Video.

Anyway to Improve?

Tim would have been blinking but that caused a few conflicts in the Animation. Maybe some day, I will be able to fine it up a bit.

Sorry for the Poor Quality. I had to compress the Image slightly to make it run smoother and a smalle file size.
